One of our clients is looking to expand their in-house team with a Senior Web Backend Engineerthat is well-versed in Golang.Our client is a venture-backed tech startup that aims to democratize financial services for Americans living paycheck-to-paycheck. Our client's mission is to level the financial playing field through their app, offering users access to cash, credit-building, cash back for debt repayment, and savings. The position is available in the US, with a strong preference for San Francisco Bay-based candidates.

We are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience building and deploying software at scale.
• 5+ years of experience in FinTech, payments, or related financial systems.
• 5+ years of experience in Golang.
• Experience with SQL is required.
• Experience with GCP is required.
• Motivated, entrepreneurially minded individuals who thrive in an environment with minimal structure, high ownership, and technically challenging problems.
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into pragmatic technical plans.
• An efficient approach to software development that drives accuracy and user experience.
