readyWill you? Perform contracts management functions across the
spectrum of actions associated with providing supplies and
services, from capture through proposal, contract award, and all
phases of contract administrationProvide business advice and
guidance to and coordinate with other functions including program
management, finance, legal, subcontracts, business development,
engineering, human resources, accounting, and compliance to
effectively manage a breadth of responsibilities, including
contract solicitations / capture, negotiations, and contract terms,
including fulfillment of related obligationsServe as authorized,
empowered representative for the Company as interface with customer
buying representatives responsible for building effective
relationships and managing contracts to support business goals and
objectivesCoordinate solutions to contractual issues and Customer
concerns related to Company performanceEnsure contractual
compliance with all laws and regulations, and adherence to
Delegation of Authority and approval requirements for proposals and
contractual actionsLead and support audits, as appropriate, with
internal and external audit teams and agencies to support
contract-related activities and verify complianceEnsure final
contract documents are consistent with agreements reached at
negotiationsMay plan and participate in training of contract
practices within CompanyCollect contractual data and compiles
reports in response to Corporate and Business Area requests.
Basic Qualifications:
- Ability to manage or negotiate contracts -Bachelor's or Master
degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience in lieu
of degree- You will need to be a US Citizen, and currently possess
and be able to maintain a US TOP SECRET clearance (SCI Eligible),
to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a
drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility
requirements for access to classified information.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated
with this position will be performed onsite at a designated
Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate
work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our
employeesSchedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day
work week while others may be condensedThese condensed schedules
provide employees with additional time away from the office and are
in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and
New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or
Washington is $61,300 - $117,500 Please note that the salary
information is a general guideline onlyLockheed Martin considers
factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of
the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key
skills as well as market and business considerations when extending
an offerBenefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance,
Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible
Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid
time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time
employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off
(PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive
at least 90 hours for holidaysRepresented full time employees
accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of
sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidaysPTO,
Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start
date during the calendar yearThis position is incentive plan
eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major
metropolitan areas in California and New York is $70,500 -
$132,800Please note that the salary information is a general
guideline onlyLockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not
limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's
work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market
and business considerations when extending an offer.
