But we will not do it without a repeatable and saleable GTM program strategy and that's exactly where this role comes into play. The successful candidate will join our Alliance & Channel Ecosystem (ACE) team who is at the forefront of driving ServiceNow's growth to $15B and beyond.The Senior Manager, ACE GTM Operations, Strategic Business Services will be accountable for helping build and scale our overall GTM capabilities where partner programs and strategic initiatives are concerned.At a business level, you will work cross functionally to create and execute against our most pressing initiatives and programs to benefit ServiceNow and the ecosystem. This includes building and scaling activities such as partner pulse & communication, partner awards, partner in take, partner instance management , SP&I business management and much more. This role will also help drive partner go to market, shape business strategies and priorities, reduce business risk, increase operational efficiencies, and decrease the friction of doing business with ServiceNow. In addition, this roll will lead a growing shared services team comprising a partner program manager, program communications professional, business analytics manager and NPI program manager.What you get to do in this role

  • Develop, socialize and execute a Shared Service vision, and strategy to support business objectives.
  • Define and manage the ACE Shared Service objective and operating model with measurable benefits and KPIs
  • Engage and collaborate with partners and partner managerst to collect and analyze market trend to inform biz strategy and partner requirements
  • Project manage joint go to market initiatives with strategic channel partners and internal investments
  • Manage documentation, repository, and communication with and to ACE stakeholders.
  • Prepare briefing document, present research findings and design inputs to senior ACE, Operations, IT, Marketing and Enablement leaders - Build, mentor and lead a small team to unleash their potential.QualificationsIn order to qualify for and be successful in this role, you should have:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
    • 8+ years' experience in Partner Program, Partner Operations, Finance, Product Management
    • Superb at data collection and data analysis to develop business case and forecast business impact
    • Familiar with channel partner workflow, systems, and tools such as Partner Portal, Deal Registration, Microsoft Dynamic etc
    • Be able to review, judge and prioritize user requirements based on key business objectives
    • Demonstrated ability to drive leadership meetings with senior leaders and solid experience in decision making
    • Excellent communication and influencing skills, problem solving, conflict resolution management, active listening, time management and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in working with partner ecosystems, including account and product management teams
    • Prior experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients as well as internal teams
    • The ability to understand the "bigger picture" and the business drivers of various organizations
    • High energy level and a "can do" attitude
    • Effective time manager, capable of developing the strategy and delivering/executing on the tactics on multiple projects, on time and on budget
    • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced, team environment while managing multiple competing priorities
    • Diplomacy, integrity, and presence that enables you to work effectively at all levels within large organization
