Job Description

  • Become an expert in and own of the SaaS pre-sales operations, including ensuring process definition and measures adherence.
  • Continually measures and provides transparent reporting of team performance.
  • Design, test, and scale enablement and change management programs across the presales process.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (sales, product management, finance and ect.) to enhance productivity and drive operational excellence.
  • Advise, consult, and influence sales and presales leaders by making actionable recommendations that help them achieve their long-term strategic priorities and organizational effectiveness.
  • Embrace and thrive under ambiguity and continually-evolving organizational structures.
  • Identify big challenges facing pre-sales and solve with initiatives that scale
  • Improve knowledge sharing across regions, function, vertical, etc.
  • Facilitate and develop best practices, documents & SOP, and help implement process improvements.
  • Continually measure processes and tools effectiveness and provide clear prioritization of improvement opportunities. Thus, driving continuous improvement.
    Requirements
    Qualifications
    • 5+ years' experience in Sales Ops, Sales Finance, working with Sales or Pre-sales teams, preferred past experience in High-tech and SaaS.
    • At a minimum, BA/BS degree in a numerate or business related subject (Business Management, Finance, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, etc) or equivalent practical experience.
    • Strong communication capabilities and excel at collaboration and navigating a large and complex organization.
    • Excellent analytical and modeling skills. Power Excel user who is comfortable with large data sets; preferred past experience with SFDC and Tableau.
    • Demonstrable problem solving ability with experience providing practical business insights from large, complex data sets.

      • MBA
      • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company.
      • Experience working with global teams.
      • Experience in optimizing pre/sales process and performance.
      • Self-starter attitude and comfortable with reaching out across levels, functions, and countries within the organization to muster support and resources as needed.
      • Growing mindset and lifelong learner, comfortable with pushing the envelope and learning from all outcomes.
      • Biased to action and over-indexing on speed.
