This is a critical role in our team's mission to transform data into business insights that drive key decision making at all levels of the organization. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality data that is scalable, reliable, and timely for analysis, data science, and other applications while ensuring proper data governance.What you'll be doing:

• Work closely with finance analysts to understand their needs and ensure the data infrastructure meets requirements
• Design and build data pipelines to transport data from various system and non-system sources to a central data store or data warehouse
• Clean and transform data to ensure it is properly formatted for analysis
• Design robust and scalable data models in Hana/SQL Server to meet business needs
• Develop end to end solutions from requirements gathering to product delivery
• Ensure data infrastructure is secure, reliable, and meets performance requirements
• Communicate effectively with business and technical teams of various technical levelsWhat we need to see:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years of proven track record in data management, reporting, and data analysis
  • Capability to strategically plan and complete tasks within specified timelines
  • Detail oriented with the highest regard for accuracy and completeness
  • Proven problem solving and reasoning skills
  • Expert knowledge in data modeling, data warehousing, including standard methodologies and impact analysis
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, Hana, Alteryx, and Tableau
  • Expert in adhering to industry standards and implementing data security and compliance protocols
  • Knowledge and practice of SDLC (Software Development Process)
  • High level of confidence and comfort in working autonomously (self-starter, strong initiative, fast learner)Ways to stand out from the crowd:
    • Core SAP ERP financial modules
    • Working knowledge of Power BI
    • SAP BW / SAC / XSA / UI5
    • Jira experience
