lay offs or pay cuts happen. Tax Accountant Responsibilities
Prepare tax returns Primarily individuals, partnerships and S-Corps
Some trust and foundation returns Assist with individual quarterly
tax projections (primarily data entry) Assist with
organizing/gathering tax information for returns prepared by
outside firms Other tasks Administrative tasks such as rolling
forward excel schedules Assist with preparation of K-1 basis
tracking schedules Tax Accountant Skills/Experience: ProSystems
(preferred) BNA (preferred) Excel Tax Return preparation (doesn't
have to be extensive but should have some experience) Basic
understanding of passthrough entities and Schedule K-1's
