$$$$. Great opportunity for a solid senior administrative assistant ready to hit the ground running and wow the executives. In this role for a solid financial services organization, you will perform administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors which will include heavy calendaring as well as extensive travel arrangements. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, filing, and faxing. Extensive software skills are required, as well as Internet research abilities and strong communication skills. This role typically supports more senior level executives and may supervise other support staff. Advanced computers skills and the ability to train others in system usage is preferred.
