Job ID: JR0222961 Job Category: General Primary Location: Santa Clara, CA US Other Locations: US, California, Folsom;US, Oregon, HillsboroJob Type: Experienced Hire CPM Sr. Administrative Support Partner Job DescriptionSeeking highly qualified candidates to join the Global Marketing Organization (GMO) as a Sr. Administrative Partner who's energetic, driven, values partnership, and is team oriented.This job provides Sr. Administrative support to the Director of Cross Portfolio Marketing (CPM).This position will interact with executive level teams frequently and will require the confidentiality and professionalism.The successful candidate will quickly develop an in-depth knowledge of GMO and its partner/stakeholder organizations, adhering to Intel's' corporate policies, performing confidential, fast paced, and often complex administrative duties.Typical duties include but are not limited to:- Complex calendaring of 1:1s, team meetings, group meetings, customer/partner meetings, etc.- Making travel arrangements, coordinating travel times, getting visas/welcome letters, working with key stakeholders on agenda planning, and preparing relevant expense reports- Supporting office administration with associated tasks (ordering office supplies, food orders, onsite needs) when relevant.- Creating purchase orders, managing CPC card expenses, shipping when needed- Working professionally with other Senior and Executive admins to help facilitate timely and accurate planning needs.- Providing support for departmental events, quarterly events, and recognition as well as coordinating activities across the organization, events, conferences, F2Fs, etc.: Plans and organizes the events, prepares agendas, coordinates all logistics.- Assessing importance of meetings, email, or documents and take appropriate action to involve the appropriate parties quickly and accurately and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies.- Managing logistics of the department/division such as maintaining divisional organizational charts, phone distribution lists and divisional logistics needs.- Working knowledge/experience with Microsoft tools including Office, Teams, Intel tools, purchasing and finance systems.- Working with globally dispersed team and on rare occasion accommodate a flexible work schedule.- Experience and interest in internal and external communications, partnership development, and customer outreach.QualificationsYou must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
