Job Description Job Description We are looking for a
detail-oriented and dependable Office Manager to oversee the daily
operations of our office in San Francisco, California. This role
requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in
administrative tasks, and the ability to effectively support both
internal teams and visitors. As a key contributor to maintaining a
smooth and efficient office environment, you will play a vital role
in ensuring operational success. This is a long-term contract
position. Responsibilities: • Manage the day-to-day operations of
the office, ensuring smooth functioning and organization. •
Coordinate mail handling, including both incoming and outgoing
correspondence. • Oversee office supply inventory and orders,
primarily through online platforms such as Amazon. • Maintain a
clean and organized office space to create a welcoming environment.
• Provide administrative support, including preparing and
submitting expense reports. • Arrange travel logistics such as
flights, hotels, and itineraries for team members. • Utilize and
manage office tools and systems, including Microsoft Office, Google
Workspace, and Concur. • Collaborate with the team on ad hoc
operational and administrative projects. • Serve as a point of
contact for visitors, ensuring a courteous and friendly experience.
• Work independently while maintaining effective communication with
the broader team.• Previous experience in office management or a
similar administrative role. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel,
Word, and Google Workspace tools. • Ability to learn and navigate
new technologies and systems with ease. • Strong organizational
skills and attention to detail. • Experience managing expense
reports and coordinating travel arrangements. • Familiarity with
Concur for expense tracking is preferred. • Knowledge of Yardi or
similar property management systems is a plus. • Exceptional
time-management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple
tasks.
