Digital Marketing Specialist 06 Months REMOTE Remote work - preferred location is US eastern time zone SUMMARY (required): The description below outlines the primary purpose of this job. Manage the Client Information Solution web and digital presence and align with corporate goals and objectives. Support the digital strategy and drive execution of web updates, content, social media campaigns and online advertising that will increase engagement with healthcare professionals. Lead technical back-end lead generation process. Manage digital operations supporting the website and social media channels. Develop and sustain digital marketing dashboards with key organizations to ensure a global strategy and plan. Remote work, preference for US eastern time zone Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions. KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES (required): describe the key roles and responsibilities of this job. Understand the organization's vision and what it means for digital marketing, and align digital marketing goals to the vision. Serve as subject matter expert in technical digital marketing. Contribute to the overall digital marketing strategy. website maintenance Establish and manage ticketing process to manage backlog of all website changes and prioritization Web programming support: implement directly simple website edits and basic content updates or work with agencies to complete other website edits (Wordpress) Manage digital platform renewals, contracts, accounts, access, content organization (upload, deletion) Work with Client IT, digital platform subscription providers, and agencies to ensure renewal of services, payment of contracts without disruption of services Responsible for SEO, SEM and Analytics, within the set digital marketing budget Be accountable for the global website and web content deployment and updates. Digital dashboard Establish and fill-in on a monthly basis a digital dashboard to track the performance of digital activities and lead generation and conversion Establish processes, metrics and priorities to ensure the digital plan tracks to its goals. Be fully accountable for the results. Report on the metrics. Back-end lead generation process with Client IT Ensure smooth back-end process for leads from website to commercial sales team, in collaboration with Client IT, as well as for any additional sources for lead generation (microsites, syndication, etc) (Marketo CRM) Social Media Under the leadership of the digital content lead, work with agency on social media campaigns Ability/experience with organic social posts and monitoring using social media platforms such as social baker Client Job Description Partner with the sales organization for funnel optimization from MQL to SQL. Implement global standards, policies and guidelines for the marketing team, including those on legal regulations, agency management, brand integrity and security. Partner with product, COMMS and IT teams. Evangelize the goals and priorities of Digital Marketing and the Marketing team. Manage the relationship with and assessment of external vendors and consulting resources. Drive high-level education related to digital marketing, channels, platforms, and the adoption of digital marketing approaches. Seek continuous improvement opportunities and solutions for the digital marketing team. Manage external resources including consultants. KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES (required): The minimum education, knowledge, experience, skills and attributes required to perform the essential functions of this job. A Bachelor's degree in Art, Business, Marketing or related field required. 4-8 years of experience with marketing and digital marketing Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager, Wordpress and Marketo Proficient in Google suite, Adobe Creative Suite Proven experience in digital marketing and online campaign management (SEO, PPC) Proven experience driving global online marketing initiatives including social media alone or through agencies Good understanding of how to use video, audio, animations and other rich media assets to contribute to content strategy. Deep understanding in marketing operation, lead generation, campaigns, metrics and optimization Successful prior experience with working independently, managing multiple projects with on-time deliverables, and effective stakeholder management in a fast paced environment. Excellent communication skills verbally and written. Indicate below any additional preferred requirements if applicable (optional): Understanding of the healthcare regulatory landscape preferred and in particular global privacy requirements for GDPR related to website, cookies, & direct promotions Healthcare industry or SaaS product marketing experience preferred Experience with Client IT process and digital marketing platforms, social media best practices
