A highly valued leader in the overall Marketing team, the chief of staff will have an immediate impact on our productivity, streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives between departments. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a marketing and business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising, program and operational management, and interdepartmental collaboration. Reporting to the Head of Wrike Marketing, this is a role for someone who has an ability to think strategically while identifying breakthrough planning and processes will drive deeper alignment and efficiencies across our marketing organization. Objectives of this Role

  • Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads
  • Assist and communicate with marketing leaders in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
  • Improve current integrated marketing processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity
  • Serve as liaison between staff, executives, marketing leaders, and key stakeholders, regarding strategic initiatives and project updates, quarterly planning and reviews, and integrated marketing processes. Role Responsibilities
    • Build and refine marketing org operating system including org-wide operating cadences, reporting & accountability frameworks, communication & cascading frameworks, and people-related initiatives
    • Work with partners across the marketing org and company-wide to drive annual and quarterly strategic & fiscal planning processes, including budget, headcount and program spend allocation
    • Identify and tackle strategic projects from defining new opportunities to executing key initiatives, and closing the gaps within the marketing and communications team
    • Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with marketing leadership special projects
    • Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications
    • Have a strong pulse and feedback loop on organizational needs
    • Plan regularly cadenced strategic planning, weekly operational meetings, and quarterly KPI meetings
    • Other projects and responsibilities may be added at CMO discretion Requirements:
      • 7+ years experience in marketing leadership and strategy at a B2B company, ideally in the tech sector.
      • The ideal candidate will be a proactive, strategic, and solutions-focused marketing leader.
      • You have strong program management skills and ability to structure and prioritize work in a manner that best fits the team and company needs.
      • Proactive in your communication style and love cross-functional collaboration and program management.
      • You love setting metrics that challenge you and your team and then working hard to deliver exceptional outcomes that have great impact to the organization.
