Your Career

Prisma Cloud is looking for an organized, creative and experienced Content Marketing Manager to help take our content to the next level with key buyers, influencers and communities of DevOps and security teams. With storytelling, strategic insights and data acumen, this role will help shape our content, brand & product identity, web presence, and thought leadership position to be relevant and to develop deep connections with our customers, prospects, and partners. Often, you'll be working in a highly technical environment, but with a need to translate that technical material into easily consumed, significant content.

Your Impact

• Develop, and implement an editorial plan for our cloud native cybersecurity content
• Plan, write, edit, proofread, publish, and promote industry-leading content including white papers, research reports, eBooks, PR articles, blog, website copy, video storyboarding, scripting, emails and partner marketing materials
• Conduct regular comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis, and strategize with SEO agency to provide recommendations
• Ensure content is optimized for search engines and that SEO traffic is optimized for bounce rate and engagement
• Establish goals and clearly defined metrics of success to measure the quality of content, audience growth, engagement, and content reach
• Ensure content is consistent across all media and departments of the organization
• Plan and develop a variety of multimedia content (podcasts, webinars, video, social media platforms)
• Support the development of cutting edge brand programs that build Prisma Cloud's reputation and awareness while showing their ROI
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on a technical content approach to meet the community/end user interests and needs of DevOps and security professionals; aligning content strategy with customer buyers journey
• Manage internal and external technical writing resources/agencies
• Partner with demand generation and product marketing teams to drive pipeline growth, product launches and customer expansion
• Partner with the central brand, communications and creative services team to incorporate brand attitude, tone and manner
  Qualifications
  
  Your Experience
  
  • -7-8+ years of content marketing experience
  • Comfortable working across content types, audience personas to develop compelling stories that can be told through written, spoken and digital work
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage a content calendar, agencies and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical skill, editorial craftsmanship, and flexibility to write newsworthy content, and copy edit content from contributors without content marketing backgrounds
  • Full comprehension of SEO best practices
  • Thorough understanding of content for web optimization to drive traffic, engagement and readership
  • Creating content for a variety of platforms
  • Highly organized and self-motivated individual who will oversee timely, first-rate execution
  • A team player, ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, high-growth, fast paced environment
  • Understanding the solutions, players, offerings and competitors in the ecosystem of application security, specifically with knowledge of DevOps, DevSecOps, and modern cloud architectures is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience and -7-8+ years of relevant experience
  • Travel Requirements: Long term, some travel may be required.
  • Position Location: This position can report into our Santa Clara, CA headquarters or can be Remote within the United States.

    Disclosure required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum compensation (includes on-target earnings = base + on target incentives for sales roles) for this role to be located in the state of Colorado. If hired in Colorado, this position starts at $109,000/yr. Depending on the position offered, restricted stock units and incentive or bonus pay may be provided as part of this compensation package.
