Job DescriptionThis is a great opportunity to take leading role
in building the Solidigm Marketing Campaign methodology and
delivering outstanding results for Solidigm's success. The role
reports directly to the Director of Product Marketing and Campaigns
with the Product Marketing and Campaigns organization being part of
the Global Marketing & Communications group. As Marketing Campaign
Manager you are responsible for helping develop, execute and
measure strategic, integrated marketing programs that align with
the overarching brand and business strategy for the company's
targeted audiences. As a key member of the corporate marketing
team, you will work with all core marketing groups (Branding,
Creative, PR, Social Media, Digital Marketing, Field Marketing) as
well as other relevant internal business partners and C-suite to
develop long- and short-term launch strategies that support the
overall plan. This position reports to the Director of Campaign
Marketing.Key Responsibilities
- Work with multiple marketing and business unit stakeholders to
develop the marketing campaign strategy and plan that supports
go-to-market plans and sales growth targets
- Plan and execute marketing programs that support our business
strategies, objectives and product launches
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team and
other stakeholders to manage the creation of content
- Schedule and lead core-team meetings for marketing programs and
tactics
- Manage processes and milestone deadlines across multiple teams
and disciplines
- Manage evaluation and reporting of performance statistics and
overall project traction and key metrics
- Develop report out of campaign metric results and present to
Marketing, Sales, and Business Unit team members
- Providing guidance to the Director Product Marketing and
Campaigns and sales leadership on strategic campaign opportunities
to drive business impact.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in
roles with exposure to marketing campaigns and demand gen
- People skills to lead multi-disciplinary project teams
- Strategic thinking for long-term planning
- Capabilities in project management skills and tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time-management skills to drive multiple project
schedules simultaneously
- Proficiency in data analysis and lead management, Adobe
Analytics and marketing automation experience is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Word, Excel,
and PowerPoint
- Must have strong initiative, adaptability, and focused
attention to detail
- Strong collaborator but also works well independently with the
ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- High standards of excellence; desire to learn and grow in a
fast-paced environment
- Exposure to Semiconductor or Storage industries or products
desired.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or
related field
