Essential Function As a Marketing Assistant, you are responsible for supporting the efforts of the Marketing team, collaborating with business development and working directly with principals and our design staff. Primarily, this role focuses on supporting the production of our Marketing proposals, but she/he is also involved in conference coordination, events, some web/social, CRM maintenance, and onsite photography. -
Responsibilities --- Support the coordination of proposals and other firm qualification materials and graphics --- Organize and maintain marketing resources and materials --- Maintain firm image library and case studies --- Maintain references and consultant info --- Provide administrative support to Marketing Manager, Coordinator and Business Development staff as needed --- Develop Social Media content as directed by Manager
Education / Experience Requirements --- Candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Econ, Marketing or Communications (or similar) ---- Must have exceptional writing skills and grammar--- Interest in graphic design and writing for print a priority --- Experience with MS Office, working in an office environment and in a team environment a plus -
