Job Description:

KPIX is looking for a highly talented part-time video editor with a passion for news and experience using non-linear editing equipment.Responsibilities:

• Work in a fast-paced television news environment.
• Be detail-oriented and deadline-driven with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work with Grass Valley Edius editing system is preferred.
• Juggle multiple projects as a creative and poised team player.
• Be flexible with work schedule, willing to work nights, overnights, and weekends as needed.
• ENG will also be part of regular duties.Minimum Requirements:
• 2-5 years' experience in a television news environment.
