Job Description:

IDR is seeking a CAD contractor for a 100% remote contract based assignment. In this role, you will work in a innovative industrial sensing products focused on delivering critical insights that are not possible with battery-powered devices. If you are qualified, apply today! Responsibilities of the CAD Contractor:

• Install, update, and maintain silicon CAD tools from vendors such as Cadence, Mentor, and Synopsys
• Update and maintain revision control tools such as IC Manage
• Support our Silicon Team when they run into tool issues
• Setup a batch simulation platform for analog simulations in AWS such as LSF
• Work directly with IT Team, AWS IT Contractor, and CAD vendor AEs
• Create scripts to increase automation and improve design methodology Qualifications of the CAD Contractor:
  • 2+ years of experience in a related position
  • 2+ years experience supporting silicon CAD tools
  • Experience setting up a batch simulation platform for analog simulations in AWS such as LSF
  • Ability to work in a collaborative start up environment
