Your Career Our SASE business is one of the major vectors of growth for Palo Alto Networks, with an expected market of $15B by 2025. Our Business Operations team will tackle some of the most mission-critical and challenging initiatives for the SASE team to drive and support our industry-leading growth. This team will roll up directly to our VP, SASE GTM and work across all business functions. Over time, this role will prepare members of the team to move into operational leadership roles across the business and the company. We are committed to coaching and supporting you on your journey. Your work as the leader of SASE Business Operations will directly and visibly contribute to our overall SASE GTM strategy and success. You will work directly with the senior leaders in the organization to solve complex operational problems that are on top-of-mind for our teams. We expect you to work collaboratively to gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, independently lead problem-solving, develop and package recommendations for presentation to management, support execution and manage a broad set of x-functional stakeholders. At every turn, our team will strive to uncover value and opportunities for our SASE business. Your Impact

  • Structure and break down complex business problems, develop a hypothesis, drive analysis and deliver recommendations
  • Work collaboratively across a cross-functional set of stakeholders, within the field organization, product development, product marketing and ecosystems to gather the right information, pressure test your hypothesis, co-create deliverables, accelerate execution and unlock value
  • Develop and present high-quality recommendation and deliverables (PPT, Word, etc.) for executive level consumption
  • Support strategy / business planning processes and assist with developing strategic capabilities across the organization
  • Drive change across the organization and be willing to wear multiple hats (strategy development, leadership, project management and execution) to do it what it takes to "move the needle"
  • Be a Player-Coach that raises everyone's capabilities around you Your Experience
    • 10+ years of work experience, with at least 4 years in management consulting post-MBA (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, etc.), private equity or top-tier tech strategy or "bizops" functions (Google, Facebook, Amazon, etc.)
    • MBA graduate from a top-tier B- school or similar academic credentials
    • GTM strategy experience looking at sales effectiveness, productivity improvement, channel strategy, support optimization, GTM structure design, revenue acceleration, etc.
    • Effective verbal and written communication ability and comfort with both business and technical discussions with senior audiences
    • Experience in building relationships and leading through influence
    • Experience managing projects and large-scale transformations
    • Great teammate, willing to passionately roll up their sleeves and work cross-functionally to get things done
    • Self-driven and able to inspire others in a fast- paced environment
    • Expertise in the Enterprise technology industry is a must, knowledge of cybersecurity industry is a plus but not required Also---

For candidates who receive an offer, the starting salary (includes on-target earnings = base + on target incentives for sales roles) is expected to be between $200,000to $305,000yr.
