Role You will be communicating, coordinating and collaborating with cross functional teams on a daily basis. Working most closely with the Engineering and Product Management teams, you will be influencing all aspects of the product delivery process.--

• Lead a team of Technical Program Managers supporting ServiceNow product development teams
• Participate in all phases of the SDLC, from initial ideation through development and maintenance
• Guide and provide direction for employees to meet business outcomes and personal objectives
• Create a sense of team for individuals working on disparate initiatives in multiple locations
• Drive large cross-functional programs that require tight execution deadlines while also driving improvements and related projects
• Be the voice of reason, methodically working through urgent, high-risk situations
• Provide leadership and strategic intelligence to streamline current processes and create a vision for the future
• Optimize business requirements and marry them with tooling, analytics, and communications initiatives
• Apply end-to-end thinking to ensure great customer experiences when working with our products and services
• Collaborate with executives across many geographies and time-zones, with some traveling as needed Qualifications In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
  • 15 years of experience leading Technical Program Management teams, with a Bachelor's degree; or 12 years and a Master's degree
  • 4 years of pure technical experience such as programming, Tech Support, systems administration, hardware design, networking, or DBA experience
  • A desire to thrive in a rapid growth, fast-paced environment, and an ability to adapt to change; can act with urgency
  • Excellent leadership and proven people skills
  • Experience delivering and running large scale programs
  • Strong customer orientation
  • A humble and hungry attitude
  • Ability to make decisions quickly and independently, utilizing data and facts to validate those decisions
  • Ability to communicate well at all levels of an organization, across all functions, and with a diverse audience
  • Data analysis capabilities to use data to drive business decisions, outcomes, and validate results
  • A track record of creating meaningful employee and leadership experiences that drive employee job satisfaction and engagement
  • A self-driven work ethic and model
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong focus on details
  • The ability to travel up to 10% of time
  • Experience with SaaS products.
