Job Description:

• Work closely with product designers to create and refine mechanical and mechatronic components.
• Design, modify and assemble testing jigs, conduct experiments, and record and analyze data.
• Collaborate with design engineers, manufacturing engineers and system engineers to perform failure analysis and root cause analysis and improve designs.
• Manage schedules, meet and adhere to development and testing goals.
• Provide planning and status information to project manager.
  
  Requirements
  
  
• Design and assembling experience with electromechanical systems.
• Hands-on experience in hand tools, power tools, assembling techniques, PCB soldering, and debugging circuits with oscilloscopes.
• Experience of design of experiments (DoE) for mechanical, mechatronic and control systems.
• Familiar with C/C++ programming for embedded systems and MATLAB/Python for data processing.
• Understanding of motor control and sensing basics and can create simple testing circuitry.
• Understanding of dynamics, vibrations, and linear systems.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical thinking, communication and documentation skills.
