Job Description:
* Work closely with product designers to create and refine
mechanical and mechatronic components.* Design, modify and assemble
testing jigs, conduct experiments, and record and analyze data.*
Collaborate with design engineers, manufacturing engineers and
system engineers to perform failure analysis and root cause
analysis and improve designs.* Manage schedules, meet and adhere to
development and testing goals.* Provide planning and status
information to project manager.Requirements* Design and assembling
experience with electromechanical systems.* Hands-on experience in
hand tools, power tools, assembling techniques, PCB soldering, and
debugging circuits with oscilloscopes.* Experience of design of
experiments (DoE) for mechanical, mechatronic and control systems.*
Familiar with C/C++ programming for embedded systems and
MATLAB/Python for data processing.* Understanding of motor control
and sensing basics and can create simple testing circuitry.*
Understanding of dynamics, vibrations, and linear systems.*
Excellent problem solving, analytical thinking, communication and
documentation skills.
