This group is responsible for improving the efficiency of the Global Technical Support Team. Responsibilities Implement new tools and integrations to help improve the support team's efficiency Instrument & Build Monitoring Dashboards for customers using SumoLogic Build a front-end that provides a quick view into the status of all the backend systems and allows additional drill down as needed for troubleshooting. This requires building API integration with all the backend tools such as Zabbix, Nagios, Home-grown tools. Develop custom scripts for customers Investigation of Next-generation support tools Collaborate with the support management team to identify opportunities, identify short and long-term solutions. API Integration with business tools used by other teams (Salesforce, Gainsight, Slack, JIRA) Enhancement of the Netskope support portal experience Required Experience and Skills: Strong passion for solving practical business problems Prior experience working with Sumologic, Opsgenie Interest in learning new technologies and programming languages Prior experience in any of the following programming languages: Ruby on rails Python Java C/C++ PHP Javascript: jQuery, D3, highcharts Not necessary, but extra bonus points for dabbling in elixir, erlang or rust Education: Bachelors or Masters degree #LI-Remote #LI-AG2 Netskope respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us, please refer to Netskope's Privacy Policy for more details.by Jobble
