Then we have the right opportunity - we are looking for a Product Engineer to join us! In this amazing role, you'll be called upon to assist in the launch products from the New Product Introduction (NPI) phase into full General Availability (GA) production. In concert with a Senior/Staff level Process Engineer, a subset of responsibilities will entail ensuring the manufacturing processes, operator training and capacity are in place to support the product needs. You will work both internally/externally at driving resolution to process/product issues related to the Configure-To-Order process. Identify and with assistance, drive ongoing continuous improvements, seeking higher levels of efficiencies, productivity, and predictability throughout the entire manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, critical thinking, analytical and communication skills. Responsibilities:

  • You will lead multiple project teams of other engineers and internal and outsourced development partners responsible for all stages of development across multiple engineering disciplines for complex products, platforms, systems, software, and technology solutions
  • You will manage and expands relationships with internal and outsourced development partners on engineering design and development
  • You will review and evaluates designs and project activities for compliance with technology and development guidelines and standards; provides tangible feedback to improve product quality
  • You will provided domain-specific expertise and overall engineering leadership and perspective to cross- organization projects, programs, and activities
  • You will drive innovation and integration of new technologies into projects and activities in the engineering design organization
  • You will review of Supply Chain Partner status reports during preproduction and production builds and report any anomalies.
  • You will participate in the change management process (Arena/Agile) and ensure requirements are implemented properly and in a timely fashion
  • You will apply knowledge of tooling, materials, fabrication, assembly, and best industry practices to improve existing processes, costs, and quality
  • You will resolve production issues by working with the Supply Partners, and Internal Engineering
  • You will assist in the sustaining support responsibilities for all released products
  • You will monitor yield data, drive resolution, and implement corrective action(s) to improve
  • You will be familiar with the Bill of Materials (BOM) structuring
  • You will provided guidance and mentoring to less- experienced staff members Education and Experience Required:
    • 6 years of experience using and evaluating appropriate engineering design tools and software packages to design components and solutions Knowledge and Skills:
      • Fluent in PCA layout and design rule validation CAD tools
      • Familiar with top level assembly processes and techniques
      • Ability to assess BOMs for the impact to the overall manufacturability of the assembly
      • Understanding of design for manufacturability and quality concepts
      • Understanding of product development lifecycle
      • Evaluating forms of empirical analysis, modeling and testing methodologies to validate product designs and specifications
      • Strong interpersonal, teamwork and communications skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language
      • Effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at senior management levels
