This new organization will maximize impact with cross-BU, TD, and Manufacturing alignment, display independence for our external wafer sourcing and IFS customers and bring us closer together as One Intel.Job Description:
    This position will be part of the CPG Foundry Technology and Engineering (FTE) team chartered with accelerating product leadership through strong collaboration and execution with our 3rd party Foundry, Assembly and Test suppliers. FTE manages Foundry and OSAT to deliver compelling, timely, Intel-aligned technology and enable Intel to leverage it most effectively for hybrid, leadership product design and manufacturing. Intel's market ambition of $300B TAM, our die desegregation strategy, and increased 5nm/3nm/2nm usage are all driving a non-linear expansion of external foundry usage. FTE seeks a dynamic Staff Foundry Product Engineer responsible for, but not limited to:
    • Drive debug test strategies to improve test stability and yield in manufacturing.
    • Lead key Testing and Post-Silicon innovation programs with key internal and external teams and suppliers.
    • Partner with product teams and ATTD on the design, development, and validation of testability circuits.
    • Ensure the testability and manufacturability of integrated circuits from the component feasibility stage through production ramp for products manufactured at external foundries and Intel internal assembly and test facilities.
    • Analyzes and evaluates component specification versus performance to ensure optimal match of component requirements with production equipment capability with specific emphasis on yield analysis and bin split capability.
    • Analyzes early customer returns with emphasis on driving test hole closure activities.
    • Creates and applies concepts for optimizing component production relative to both quality and cost constraints.
    • Autonomously plans and schedules own daily tasks, develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.
      Qualifications

      You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.Minimum Qualifications:
      • The candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and/or Computer Engineering or a related field of study with 7+ years of experience or a Master's degree with 4+ years of experience.
      • Experience requested above should be in:
        • Writing test programs for automated test equipment.
        • Debugging customer returns for product issues.
        • Test and manufacturing practices.--Preferred Qualifications:
          • Project management experience including creating and tracking schedules, highlighting and seeking help from management, and other groups both within Intel and at the suppliers.
          • Experience with EDA vendor tools for ATPG, simulation, yield analysis.Inside this Business Group
