Description:

• Rework components include (not limited to): tiny resistors/capacitors, to medium ICs, to large mechanical components like magnetics.
• Track, log, and report process issues to the manufacturing engineering team
• Be able to make modifications, rewiring, component replacements on a PCBA during development builds, per design engineers request
• Be able to recommend equipment need for rework
• Thermal profile and validate rework equipment
• Assist in developing and refining rework process with manufacturing engineersSkills & Qualifications:
  • Familiar with electrical test equipment
  • Extensive experience with hand tools, basic power tools
  • Extremely proficient at rework, PCBA, mechanical, soldering, and troubleshooting
  • Candidate should be detail oriented, capable of working with little supervision
