technology.Our team is responsible for End to End FPGA development
of all Intel FPGAs.As a SoC Design Engineer Lead you will have the
opportunity to:
- Oversee definition, design, verification, and documentation for
SoC (System on a Chip) development.
- Lead Front End integration effort of industry leading
FPGAs.
- Participate in FPGA architecture specification, module
interfaces definition/formats.
- Perform Logic design for integration of cell libraries,
functional units and subsystems into SoC full chip designs,
Register Transfer Level coding, and simulation for SoCs.
- Collaborate with architects, IP designers, verification,
timing, physical design and software teams to bring SoC to
life.
- Work with design automation team to define next generation
tools/flow for integration. Qualifications QualificationsRelevant
experience can be obtained through work, classes, projects,
internships, and/or military experience. Preferred qualifications
are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a
plus factor in identifying top candidates.What You'll Bring
(Minimum Qualifications)8+ years of relevant experience, experience
should include:
- SoCs, Frontend design and integration.Ways to Stand Out From
the Crowd (Experience in one, or more, of the following preferred
qualifications is considered a plus factor):
- 12+ years of SoC frontend design experience.
- Master's in Electrical engineering.
- Experience with end-to-end SOC development, including
successful silicon.Education Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer
Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Inside this

performed in US, California: $156,410.00-$250,410.00
Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location
and experience Working Model This role will be eligible for our
hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time
between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate
business needs.
