FPGAs are a hot bed for innovation and industry firsts in adapting leading edge technology.Our team is responsible for End to End FPGA development of all Intel FPGAs.As a SoC Design Engineer Lead you will have the opportunity to:

• Oversee definition, design, verification, and documentation for SoC (System on a Chip) development.
• Lead Front End integration effort of industry leading FPGAs.
• Participate in FPGA architecture specification, module interfaces definition/formats.
• Perform Logic design for integration of cell libraries, functional units and subsystems into SoC full chip designs, Register Transfer Level coding, and simulation for SoCs.
• Collaborate with architects, IP designers, verification, timing, physical design and software teams to bring SoC to life.
• Work with design automation team to define next generation tools/flow for integration. Qualifications QualificationsRelevant experience can be obtained through work, classes, projects, internships, and/or military experience. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.What You'll Bring (Minimum Qualifications)8+ years of relevant experience, experience should include:
  • SoCs, Frontend design and integration.Ways to Stand Out From the Crowd (Experience in one, or more, of the following preferred qualifications is considered a plus factor):
    • 12+ years of SoC frontend design experience.
    • Master's in Electrical engineering.
    • Experience with end-to-end SOC development, including successful silicon.Education Requirement
      • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.         Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience Working Model This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
