We are looking for a Product Quality Engineer to join our team leading all aspects of failure analysis for NVIDIA's board product segment throughout the life of the product. You will greatly influence quality across the company through interactions with internal and external engineering groups. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills with a strong structured problem-solving background and proven experience in failure root cause resolution. Your hands-on failure analytical skills are essential as you will be working to drive board quality improvement initiatives and programs. What you'll be doing ---

• Detailed failure analysis, identifying root-cause of customer reported issues - Perform PCB-level debugging to isolate faults for physical FA.
• Define appropriate characterization methodology to root cause complex problems.
• Apply knowledge of electrical engineering and PCBA manufacturing to propose containment and corrective action for production/design/supplier.
• Continuously apply sophisticated analysis tools and methodology.
• Assist in generating 8D failure analysis reports and verify/characterize corrective actions' effectiveness.
• Quality representative to internal teams, supporting activities for customer quality and internal quality requirements. What we need to see ---
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or related fields (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in PCB level hardware verification/debug and signal integrity measurement.
  • Proficient in PCB level troubleshooting and debugging; knowledge in and experience with server systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge on Linux system and Linux Shell Scripts.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits .
