Job Description:

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer I - Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to partner inquiries for technical support
Educate partners on supported technologies, diagnose issues, and propose solutions
Manage assigned cases, prioritize based on severity, and ensure timely resolution

Required Qualifications:

At least two (2) years of related technical support experience
Fundamental knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop and Azure services
B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience
Industry-specific certifications preferred such as Microsoft AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-140, Nerdio-100
