Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer (Modeling) - Support.

Key Responsibilities:

Build the Cash App's customer support chatbot, Cashbot
Utilize smart tooling and recommendation systems for ML facilitated customer/support agent interactions
Engineer repeatable, high-throughput modeling pipelines and conduct R&D on the next generation of chatbots using LLMs and AI

Required Qualifications:

5+ years experience in applied Machine Learning or Deep Learning
A graduate degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, Applied Math, Stats, Physics, or a related technical field
Experience working with Product, Design, and Engineering to deploy ML models, providing mentorship and technical leadership
