Job Description:
Defines, develops and implements MES solutions based on
technical requirements. Configures system settings and options;
plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing of new
MES software; creates specifications for MES and supporting systems
to meet business requirements. Participates in cross-functional
linked teams to design, architect and implement MES based solutions
Knowledge: Developing professional expertise, applies company
policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. Job
Complexity: Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of
situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to
determine appropriate action. Builds productive internal/external
working relationships. Supervision: Normally receives general
instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects
and assignments. Experience: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree
and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced
degree without experience; or equivalent work experience. Company

Salary range for position: $85,000 - $105,000, commensurate with
experience. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: • MES analyst providing
solutions and functionality in Eyelit to meet user requirements
Define functional requirements through user interviews,
documentation analysis, and understanding of shop floor work flow
and maintainability objectives. • Contribute to the testing and
implementation of MES solutions including SPC, equipment connect. •
Responsible for technical deliverables including updates to flows,
reporting improvements, and quality systems. • Responsible for
documenting, testing and proving such changes. • Work with others
to identify and implement MES solutions and upgrades to existing to
improve manufacturing efficiency, equipment maintainability and
quality control. • Participate in enterprise project to integrate
MES and ERP (SAP). • Perform acceptance testing of new software and
assure smooth rollout to manufacturing of changes. • Assure
reliable 24/7 operation of integrated manufacturing systems. Work
with MES supplier to address any problems quickly, minimizing any
manufacturing impacts. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: • None
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual

equivalent years of experience and 2 or more years of experience. •
Must have experience and solid knowledge with Eyelit MES system
included SPC module. • Project management skills (project plan
development and tracking, issue resolution, risk mitigation,
metrics development and tracking). • SQL developer capability. •
Outstanding communication and documentation skills. • Proficiency
in MS Office products especially advanced Excel. • Team work,
excellent communication and cooperative attitude along with
systematic and individual work culture. DESIRED : • MES/ERP

containers are closed after transferring waste to them. Report any
