Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Engineer Location: 2881 Scott
Blvd., Santa Clara, CA 95050 Duration: 12-month contract (potential
for extension or permanent hire) Pay Rate: $49.02 $92.11 per hour

Summary The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will provide hands-on
technical support for critical production and development
semi-automated equipment. This includes troubleshooting, performing
root cause analyses, executing complex repairs, and managing
maintenance and calibration activities. Acting as a subject matter
expert (SME), this role ensures maximum equipment uptime and
reliability across manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities
Lead and support troubleshooting, maintenance, calibration, and
repair of semi-automated and custom production equipment. Perform
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on equipment failures and develop
Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.
Conduct and document maintenance and calibration activities in
accordance with established procedures. Collaborate with vendors
and cross-functional teams to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to
enhance equipment efficiency and reduce downtime. Support equipment
qualification and validation activities as required. Qualifications
& Requirements Education: Bachelors degree (BS/BA) in Engineering,
Science, or related field required. Experience: 8 years of relevant
experience in Engineering or Operations within a regulated industry
(Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Biotechnology preferred).
Hands-on experience working with electrical and mechanical systems
, including semi-automated or automated equipment. Experience in
Design of Experiments (DOE) , data analysis, and use of statistical
tools (Minitab, JMP, etc.) preferred. Knowledge of process
development and characterization methods is a plus. Previous
experience in a laboratory setting , with potential exposure to
chemicals such as Hydrofluoric Acid and Buffered Oxide Etch
solutions. Experience in semiconductor manufacturing is desirable
but not required. TMN
