POSITION SUMMARYThe Digital Operations Coordinator works within the Digital team at BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment America Inc. Primary responsibilities involve creation of media and metadata assets, as well as support for setting up game pages on 1st-party storefronts and websites. This individual will communicate amongst team members, overseas and 1st-party partners, and assist the Digital Operations Manager. The Digital Operations Coordinator position will report to the Digital Operations Manager.Associate Digital Operations Manager (12 Month Contract Position)This position is a contingent staff position and employed by an external agency in service for Bandai Namco Entertainment America.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Day-to-day communications with internal groups and partners of overseas BANDAI NAMCO Group companies
• Maintain constant communication with 1st-parties to understand and maintain marketing and storefront pages
• Assist in the development of the Content Roadmap Sheets for all titles
• Assist work back schedule maintenance
• Manage assets and metadata procurement and creation
• Assist in the management of 1st-party back-end set ups.QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years (preferred) video game industry experience in a marketing or operations support role
  • Computer proficiency, i.e. Outlook, Office, etc. required and knowledge of Photoshop preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in a team environment and cross-departmentally
  • Self-motivated, confident and energetic
