Palo Alto Networks is looking for an experienced finance professional to join the team as a--Director, M&A Integration. We're looking for a self-starter with strong analytical skills, an effective communicator, and a leader passionate for driving change in a dynamic fast-paced environment - all-in-one. In this role, you would lead the post-acquisition integration process and build out the M&A playbook for Finance. You will work closely with the Corporate Development team, Finance teams and cross-functionally with other parts of the business organization. This role comes with high exposure to the C-level suite and you will be required to work fairly independently to achieve business objectives. • Develop an integration office and put best practices into play
• Drive the integration timeline and business execution against plan
• Drive cross-function plan for M&A deals with business owners
• Track and report on post-acquisition performance to senior management
• Proactively address integration issues and manage areas of potential risk
• Change management processes to drive activities that accomplish the above Your Experience
  • Experience leading M&A integration activities at a public company or top-tier consulting firm
  • Bachelor degree in Economics/Finance, MBA from top tier institution or equivalent-experience preferred
  • 10-15 years related experience showing strong career progression
  • Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills, with understanding of software, appliances and/or internet industry business models
  • Capable of seamlessly moving from the big picture to the details and back
  • Strong team player with effective communication skills and high EQ
  • Comfortable working with high level guidance and independently building working action plan--
  • Experience with and/or ability to master various financial systems, including SAP, BPC, Tableau, and other BI tools
