Are you an exceptional player/coach? Do you have strong experience in SaaS renewals and management? In this role, you will have an assigned territory and manage a team of Renewals Account Managers.As a Renewals Manager, you will lead a team of Renewals Account Managers in two theaters. You will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and training your team. You will strategize with your team to retain, expand, and upsell customers.As a Prisma Cloud Renewals Account Manager you are the primary point of contact for post-initial sales efforts including renewals, expansions, and upsells. You will execute all phases of the subscription renewal lifecycle including notifying customers of renewal, creating quotes, identifying upsell and expansion opportunities, and closing renewal opportunities in your territory.Your Impact* Ensure that all sales quota and management objectives are met* Provide detailed forecast and feedback to management on behalf of your team* Clearly understand all product offerings, subscription and renewal licensing models* Manage all renewals and identify expansion and upsell opportunities in your assigned territory* Maintain a renewals notification cadence and document all customer communication* Collaborate with the Customer Success, Channel, and Sales teams to understand existing sales motions, identify special customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction* Research and understand the technology installs across your assigned account list and identify areas to expand your accounts* Document daily renewals activities in Salesforce, prepare accurate reports and forecasts, manage pipeline and perform other tasks necessary to drive renewals revenue, customer retention and expansion, and communicate activities to Renewals managementQualificationsYour Experience:* Minimum of 2-3 years related experience* A highly consultative sales professional with superb communication skills* Works well in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment* High attention to detail and proven organization and administration skills* Capacity to think and act on both a tactical and strategic level* High level of ethical behavior* Strong work ethic* Excellent Google Sheets and Salesforce.com skills* Proven to consistently achieve sales goalsThe TeamPalo Alto Networks has brought technology to the market that is reshaping the cybersecurity threat and protection landscape.
