Foundry Business Development Manager Job Description As an integral part of Intel's new IDM2.0 strategy, we are establishing Intel Foundry Services (IFS), a fully vertical, standalone foundry business, reporting directly to the CEO. IFS will be a world-class foundry business and major provider of US and European-based capacity to serve customers globally. Intel Foundry Services will be differentiated from other Foundry offerings with a combination of leading-edge packaging and process technology, committed capacity in the US and Europe - available for customers globally - and a world-class IP portfolio that customers can choose from including x86 cores, graphics, media, display, AI, interconnect, fabric and other critical foundational IP, along with Arm and RISC-V ecosystem IPs. Intel Foundry Services is looking for a highly collaborative and experienced leader, responsible for initiating and closing customer opportunities. In this capacity, the primary focus for the leader will be to help initiate and execute business development opportunities with a service mindset while aligning on target markets and customers. This role requires knowledge of fabless semiconductor customers, business development on a global scale, and comprehensive understanding of design and manufacturing solutions for developing a winning strategic customer base. As a Business Development Manager for Intel Foundry Services, you will interface directly with customers and internal partners to drive the adoption of Intel technology for foundry customers. We are looking for an experienced business development professional who can be a true customer champion to help grow revenue and expand our foundry customer base. Business Development Manager Responsibilities includes: * Execute Intel Foundry Services customer acquisition roadmap to expand our foundry customer base. * Identify opportunities for growth, and identifying gaps in the enablement of that growth * Collaborate with members of the IFS team and supporting organizations to ensure excellent customer experience across all customer interactions and requirements, from needs assessment to final delivery * Review customer activity, anticipate customer needs, and improve customer satisfaction * Build customer relationships at both working and senior management levels as the primary business owner. * Identify and develop foundry business opportunities. * Create account and strategy plans mapping key decision-makers in customer organizations. * Develop customer-specific design win and revenue forecasts and goals. * Execute account plans and strategies to drive design wins and business growth. * Respond to customer Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and Requests for Information (RFI) while working with internal stakeholders. * Provide key information on customer requirements and timelines as well as information on competitor status to the rest of the business unit. * Drive customer contract negotiations. * Develop customer pricing strategy in alignment with internal stakeholders and participate in customer pricing negotiations * Provide input based on customer feedback and insights to help develop revenue and market forecasts. * Participate and provide input into customer marketing communications activities demos and other events.
