Job Description

About this role:The Senior Manager of Employee Communications will help lead the creation and implementation of strategic employee communications strategies for the Product & Platform Organization.The ideal candidate will partner with senior leaders and global business partners to foster inspiring, compelling, and connected communications. He/she will advise on narratives, messaging and communications strategies with the goal of driving employee engagement,amplifyingour engineering talent brand, and enhancing pride and advocacy. We're looking for anamazingwriterandstoryteller, cross-platform communicator- a true strategic business partner who understands how to translate business priorities into engaging, inspiring content and experiences!

  • Develop and implementinnovative & compelling digital communications strategiesto supportourProduct & PlatformBU prioritiesand business outcomes.
  • Identifyand executecommsopportunities toarticulateour uniqueemployee value proposition andengineering talentbrand.
  • Leverageour global communications platform, messaging architecture and best practices tobuildandscalecompellingand cohesiveemployee experiencestodrive dialog, shape culture, and buildcommunity.
  • Help developand driveintegratedcommunicationsstrategytosupportM&As,future or work, thought leadership bypartnering closely withother comms functions,as well asbusinessand functionalpartners.
  • Adviseleaders andbusiness partners on messaging,approachandexecution strategy tohelp themachievedesiredbusinessoutcomes.
    • Producecompellingandrelevant omni-channel stories rooted in our company purpose, priorities and values.
    • Leverage listening tools, analyze insights, andproducecommunicationsreports that inform ongoing communication strategies.


      To be successful in this role you have:
      • Bachelor's degree in English,Journalism,Communications,Organizational Change, or equivalent career experience.
        • Minimum of10years proven success guiding strategy and execution of globalintegratedcommunicationscampaignsthat inform and delight employees.
        • Abilityand confidenceto influence senior leaders on strategy, messaging, and engagement opportunities to drive pride,loyaltyand advocacy.
        • Passion for creative, visual storytellingto capture hearts and minds by translating business strategies into simple yet compelling narratives.
        • Strong business acumen and change managementbackground.
        • Fantasticproject management andinterpersonalskills.
          • Resourcefulness and self-motivationto independently prioritize shifting workloads in a high growth, ever changing environment.
          • Proven leadership capability and ability to work cross-functionally.
