Change Management Program Manager Job Description As the Change Management Program Lead within Intel Program Management Office (IPMO), you will be responsible for defining the change management strategy for specific corporate initiatives and driving both the impact assessment and implementation plan to the workgroups. You will own the overall program management to support the adoption of the change management plan. You will partner with business unit representatives, ambassadors, and beyond to influence and ensure alignment across all program launch and implementation aspects. Role Responsibilities include: * Build a comprehensive change management plan with risk mitigation to support the implementation of the corporate initiative across all engineering teams. * Lead a virtual team with business unit representatives to coordinate the deployment roadmap, drive adoption, monitor status, identify gaps in capabilities and mitigate resistance to change * Define review process, decision making model, and stakeholder approval forums * Develop training content and conduct/coordinate training sessions and roadshows Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of experience or Master Degree with 8+ years of experience * Experience in pathfinding, planning, and executing large scale projects (1000+ employees) and initiatives * Experience working with senior leaders and demonstrating strong business acumen, communication, and presentation skills. * Experience collaborating across multiple GEOs and stakeholders without authority * Strong networking skills with ability to connect across business unit organizations * Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and be able to work on ambiguous assignments Inside this Business Group In the Design Engineering Group (DEG), we take pride in developing the best-in-class SOCs, Cores, and IPs that power Intel's products.
