This team is part of our Product org, and creates inspiring and resonate multimedia presentations, demos and videos for high stakes executive presentations, for use at conferences, ServiceNow internal and public events, press/analyst briefings and customer facing meetings. This is the perfect role for a leader who loves telling inspiring stories about innovative products and technology, in a form that creates empathy and inspiration for the audience through human centric narratives and stunning visualizations of our product experience. You will leverage words, video, product demos, presentation graphics, animation, sound and more, to create an immersive and memorable experience for the audience. You will manage a team of creative professionals who excel at presentation design, product demos and multimedia. You will work closely with executives in Product, UX and Technology to craft relatable and inspiring content, take complex technology concepts and make them easily understood, and coach presenters to deliver high impact presentations. You will additionally manage external agencies and vendors to supplement the internal team to create high end deliverables such as videos, presentations and event graphics. You will additionally help shape the strategy and operational model for this immerging team, and work horizontally with product leadership to understand our future strategy and vision, and bring it to life. You'll work closely with our brand and event production team to ensure our product presentations fit with our brand and communication strategy, and tie to overall event themes and narrative arcs. This leadership role is part of our Product Design team, a group of talented and diverse creative professionals that use empathy, understanding, and user insights to create product experiences that our customers love. Our designers come from a diverse set of skills and background - including design systems, visual, interaction, content, and product design. Learn more about our team here: What you get to do in this role: * Work collaboratively with our Product UX teams and Executive Leaders to deliver innovative and memorable presentations about our product strategy and innovative user experiences. * Help identify and shape thought leadership topics for use with the press, industry events, conferences, customer and analyst presentations, such as, the future of work, ethical use of AI in technology, and how diverse teams build better products. * Participate as an inspirational leader within our global User Experience organization, working across the organization to understand our ecosystem of products, our customers and users, help craft our future vision and determine how we communicate it. * Build and develop a high performing team, comprised of a diverse team of creative professionals, both full time employees and external agencies and resources. * Inspire our customers, board members, C-suite and internal employees with innovative demos and presentations about our product experiences. * Work closely with the Chief Product Officer's Chief of Staff and the Product Executive leadership (including the CPO, GMs, CTO, Chief AI Officer, and Global Head of Design) to support their top priority presentations and speaking engagements. * Work with our Brand creative team to understand our brand, and deliver communications that push the envelope with creativity while upholding our brand principles and personality. * Communicate and rationalize proposed solutions and strategy to stakeholders. * Review and up-level your team's work through thoughtful and inspiring feedback. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in design, communications, marketing, brand, or related disciplines. * Experience shaping and leading content, design and communications in various media formats such as scriptwriting, presentations, product demos and videos. * At least 3+ years of experience managing creative teams and mentoring individuals. Preferred Qualifications: * Demonstrated experiences creating inspiring narratives and thought leadership pieces in various forms (video, presentations, articles, etc.) * Demonstrated experience leading creative teams and agencies * Adept at giving creative direction and shaping high quality deliverables. * Ability to understand and distill complex concepts into clear and simple narratives. * Ability to work with executives under tight timelines and make the potentially stressful creation of important presentations into a confidence building, collaborative and rewarding experience. * Must have excellent teamwork, communication, and technical problem-solving skills to contribute within a multi-functional?and multi-disciplined team * Obsessed with the relentless pursuit of beautiful and emotionally resonant presentations, working inside a complex and technical environment.
