Senior Director, Executive Communications and Content Strategy NVIDIA pioneered accelerated computing to tackle problems ordinary computers cannot. We want a seasoned pro who can lead cross-functional teams and apply their writing, messaging, and design skills to executive presentations, on-stage and digital productions, marketing campaigns, and other media. This full-time position will begin as remote/virtual due to company-wide COVID-19 precautions but will require regular in-person work at our Santa Clara, CA headquarters and other event sites when safety allows. This is not a typical technology company exec comms role. Our company is designed to evolve quickly to address new opportunities, making ongoing internal and external communication of our business strategy a top priority. With computer graphics as our driving force, we have a love for visually stunning design and imagery in everything we do. Our group works directly with our world-class in-house creative team to bring our story to life with beautiful artistry. This role is an opportunity to help tell one of the great technology and business stories of our time. What you'll be doing:

  • Work directly with the CEO, senior executives, inventors, and a team of communications and creative pros on "state-of-the-union" keynote addresses and other high-profile communications.
  • Partner directly with senior executives on keynote presentations across our core markets, from gaming and computer graphics to supercomputing and AI.
  • Design and implement a content strategy to tell the NVIDIA story to a broader audience.
  • Partner with the Head of Executive Communications to develop and refine the broader keynote team and processes and further establish exec comms as a discipline.
  • Lead projects up, down and across the company.
  • Some travel involved (COVID-19 health precautions permitting). What we need to see:
    • 18+ overall years of experience in high-profile communications and/or marketing roles in the tech industry.
    • 7+ years of managing a team.
    • Work cross-company, creating ad hoc teams of diverse job functions on a project-by-project basis.
    • Identify, develop and tell a great story across multiple media.
    • Collaborate with dynamic senior executives and stay cool in high-pressure situations.
    • Ability to digest complex technical information, distill it, and connect the dots in ways that anyone can understand.
    • A proficiency in PowerPoint and a strong design sensibility.
    • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience). Ways to stand out from the crowd:
      • Creative who is at home with both words and images.
      • Leader who has built new disciplines from scratch.
      • Always in tune with the technology industry and the geopolitical landscape.--
