With the advent of IOT and 5G, we are now entering the era of AI at the edge. NVIDIA Fleet Command--- --is a cloud service that securely deploys, manages, and scales AI applications across distributed edge infrastructure. We are looking for a Senior Manager, Global Segment Sales, Fleet Command. What you'll be doing : You will drive sales growth of Fleet Command with NVIDIA's edge solutions. You will define the growth strategies, the associated sales coverage model, and assign and achieve sales revenue targets and key objectives. As a senior sales leader, we would like to see demonstrated experience in building new product revenues from scratch, working with lighthouse customers and achieving significant volume and scale.

  • Define Fleet Command sales strategy and execution plan in collaboration with virtual teams.
  • Build a robust opportunity pipeline and establish long-term business relationships and strategic relevance with selected high-revenue/growth customers and partners.
  • Build and enable matrix/overlay team to deliver on the total worldwide product segment revenues, including staffing appropriately in accordance with the defined coverage model.
  • Partner with geography sales teams to drive demand. Codify the customer value proposition and define the core sales tools and training.
  • Shape NVIDIA customer references that can be utilized when reference selling.
  • Establish and develop NVIDIA relationship with key CXOs, decision makers across the Enterprise.
  • Develop sales operations process management, including opportunity management and forecasting.
  • Build effective relationships with OEM and channel ecosystem.
  • Build trackers to effectively measure the business and represent it to NVIDIA executives. What we need to see:
    • Bachelor's Degree from a leading University (or equivalent experience). Master's degree and/or MBA is desirable.
    • 12+ years of sales experience in technology systems and/or software products.
    • Possess a wide client contact base, deep vertical expertise, and knowledge of sales trends in specific product line.
    • Track record of successfully growing revenue for new innovative technology based solutions. A consistent track record handling the sales of computing appliances.
    • Confirmed ability to work effectively in highly matrixed organization.
    • Business knowledge of AI and edge market dynamics.
    • Technical knowledge of NVIDIA products and services.
    • Knowledge of pricing strategies and channel economics.
    • Experience with leading and closing complex deals.
    • Experience in enterprise software companies with a focus on virtualization and container technologies is highly desirable. Knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus.
