Your Career

The Channel Program Manager, Managed Services is responsible for the global administration of our Managed Services Channel Partner Programs, to strengthen program efficiency and channel scale. This role requires a unique combination of skills including go-to-market strategy, project management, program management as well as, data analytics and business planning. This role also requires intimate knowledge and relationships with managed services programs and demonstrated history working with Service Providers, Global System Integrators, and MSSPs.

Your Impact
Program manager responsible for coordinating the E2E partner onboarding process and MSSP processes
Manage partner application vetting process and partner account setup
Oversee Salesforce hygiene and forecasting
Manage our Deal Submission Program
Data Governance for MSSP Partner accounts
Renewals Liaison
Partner Program Maintenance
Weekly Metrics Report for Management
Manage day-to-day aspects of strategic initiatives within the Channel Programs
Execution of strategic managed services program initiatives
Provide analysis to support business case development for strategic initiatives.
Educate Palo Alto Networks sales team as well as current and potential partners on program intent, processes and tools and teach them how to work with MSSPs
Help design, develop and distribute channel program analytics, reporting and dashboards
Monitor, manage and report on key channel program initiatives and metrics
Run day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
Help design, develop and distribute channel programs analytics, reporting and dashboards
Create ad hoc documents (i.e. proposal slide decks, data analysis reports, etc.) as needed for channel leadership
Provide ongoing program governance through process enhancements
Work closely with Channels Communication team to drive communications of important information to both the theater and worldwide channels teams
Help maintain best-in-class partner experience

Qualifications

Your Experience
5-7 years of partner or channel program experience
Strong history of working with managed services teams. Service Provider, Global System Integrator and MSSP experience preferred
Superior analytical skills
Excellent time management and project management skills
Salesforce and G-Suite preferred
Experience working in a global organization
Comfortable engaging at all levels in an organization to deliver results
Ability to work cross functionally and to collaborate to drive results
Possess solid understanding of channel/go-to-market strategy
Ability to travel regularly
