What You'll Do... H&R Block , the worlds leader in tax preparation services, is looking for a Product Manager Chatbot to join the Global Consumer Tax Product team . Join us as we create superior digital experiences for our clients by knowing and predicting their needs while delivering unparalleled support and transparency. In this role you will: Own the DIY Virtual Assistant product and contribute to the development of the product roadmap. Analyze data on how clients engage with us to identify opportunities for optimizing the virtual assistant and deliver a personalized experience. Assist in maintaining and training of NLP algorithms to provide the best reply to client questions. Track and report on KPIs, monitor chatbot health, and use data to make continuous improvements for bot effectiveness against KPIs. Collaborate with various other product managers, corporate analytics, IT, and design to execute on the product vision. Participate in sprint planning meetings, grooming sessions, and work with Agile teams to prioritize the backlog. Work with other product managers to define the scope of whats being released and participate in product planning activities. Manage dependencies in and across sprints and releases Keep stakeholders apprised of progress and incorporate their feedback. You should have: At least 2+ years of experience as a product manager or product owner Knowledge of conversation design principles and understanding of NLP, training ML models is a plus. Demonstrated decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Some experience in web-based/mobile/digital product management Familiarity with Agile development methodology Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and product planning tools like Aha! Track record of working with cross-functional teams, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines Ability to adapt rapidly in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities Effective communication and presentation skills, including the ability to set and manage expectations at the executive level Passion for new and emerging technology and how they could apply to our products Sponsored Jobby Jobble
