Program Manager - Business Duration: Fulltime with Innova SolutionsLocation: Santa Clara, CADescription:

• Developing relationships among Innova cross-functional teams and support to drive towards Program Success & delivery.
• Communicate directly with clients around budget, timelines, process & deliverables.
• Liaison with program cross functional team, finance, operations and legal teams.
• Monitoring program budgets, Invoice tracking etc.
• Bridge between client and Innova Solutions.
• Experience working with executives, Project delivery heads for program report.
• Develop dashboards and PowerPoint/Google slides decks to analyze the business and identify opportunities to create efficiencies
• Provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly statistical data reports and deliver thoughtful, actionable feedback to Operations leadership
• Track all projects and best practices ensuring dashboards accurately reflect implementation and results
• Good attitude, flexibility, willingness to learn, adaptability to different timings, extended work timings, good communication- written and oral.
• Program co-ordination, Inter-functional communication.
• Good experience in MS-Visio, PowerPoint, MS-office.
• Good reporting skills, dashboards.
