We do this by creating custom voice assistants that make it possible for companies to extend their brand in new and meaningful ways. Today, our customized voice AI solutions allow people to talk to phones, cars, smart speakers, mobile apps, coffee machines, and every other part of the emerging 'voice-first' world. We're seeking an experienced web marketer to lead the function within its growing marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Digital & Growth, the candidate for the role is a strong contributor who has a track record of cross-functional communication, team building, and agency management. This person should be highly analytical and detail-oriented with a strong center of excellence in website strategy and demand generation, with a penchant for storytelling to audiences across a portfolio of industries. This person will own SoundHound's marketing website (, including setting the roadmap and long term strategy and overseeing day-to-day execution across traffic growth, content discovery, buyer-specific journeys, testing, personalization, conversion rate optimization, and analytics. Core responsibilities include owning performance metrics for the site, setting priorities, and ensuring that new content and regular updates to, campaign landing pages, and event websites are deployed smoothly, on-time, and within scope. - In this role you will:

  • Establish a foundation for a web center of excellence that can have a team of marketers and web developers built around
  • Oversee end-to-end management (project, creative, and operational) of SoundHound's web properties
  • Create a data-driven rapid iteration and experimentation plan to execute against in order to meet our lead generation goals
  • Lead the content migration and launch of SoundHound's rebranded, multi-industry serving website on our new CMS
  • Work closely with internal and external marketing partners to ensure web content is effective in driving outcome-oriented behaviors from personas across a portfolio of industries and segments
  • Continuously improve key site metrics such as CTA conversions, time on site, click-through, downloads, page depth and more
  • Track, analyze, and lead the reporting of KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis to key internal and external business groups and partners
  • Help establish user experience (UX) guidelines for that can drive consistency of experience across all customer segments, product experiences, and stages of the prospect journey
  • Lead all web localization initiatives for all of SoundHound's global properties
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders (product, design, analytics, data science, marketing) and advocate for resourcing and alignment on behalf of the team
  • Expertly analyze website performance data to make decisions, define new plans for 2023 success, and deliver measurable results that support our annual revenue goals We would love to hear from you if:
    • You have 5+ years relevant, hands-on web experience
    • You can fluently articulate an outcome-oriented philosophy on web and brand experiences -
    • You thrive in a dynamic environment that's rapidly scaling
    • You hav demonstrated ability for strategic, outside the box thinking to solving digital marketing problems
    • You are able to convey technical subject matter with non-technical and executive audiences at varying altitudes -
    • You have the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage a diverse set of stakeholders
    • You have strong knowledge of key aspects related to revenue-driven web strategy for multiple audiences spanning B2B, B2C, B2B2C, and B2D
    • You have understanding of the interaction between creative and performance across digital channels
    • You have knowledge and understanding of WordPress, HTML, and SEO; experience partnering with website designers and developers
    • You have strong project management and prioritization skills; ideally with Asana
    • You hav experience using Salesforce, Pardot, and analytics platforms to drive decision-making and iterative improvements
    • You have previous experience running A/B tests designed to impact ARR and ARR-driving metrics on web We would be especially excited if:

      • You have short form copywriting skills (for testing/optimization)
