Your Impact Architect, accelerate progress, and complete strategic,
Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and
timely delivery of value.
Organize into workstreams and lead project status and working
Manage risks and issues, remove roadblocks and correct deviations
Hold teams accountable for their commitments.
Boost team efficiency and reduce redundant work by leveraging your
agile program management skills, establish best practices and
Achieve scalability and establish consistent processes to enable
more efficient execution across the organization.
Innovate and test new program management trends to improve
Improve alignment and project visibility. Establish and own the
operating rhythm for the Strategy, Growth and Operations
Empower our regions and improve the alignment and scalability with
our regional marketing teams.
Bachelor's degree in business or technical field required
Expertise in both Agile and traditional project management
principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in
the right proportions to fit the project and business
5+ years of experience as a Marketing Project Manager, PMP
Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with
A proven track record of successfully managing large, complex
projects in a fast paced environment using Agile methodologies and
Project Management tools such as Jira
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an
ability to manage competing demands; Comfortable with ambiguity
Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience
interacting with both business and technical teams at all
Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on
details while maintaining the "big picture" view
Deadline-driven, organized, and able to adapt to the rapid business
and organizational demands that result from a high-growth
Strong EQ - effective interpersonal skills to build working
relationships and accomplish work goals; Strong ability to help
people feel valued, appreciated and included in discussions.
