A Fortune 500 SaaS company is seeking a Campaign Program Manager

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with key stakeholders and 3rd party agencies,
develop highly effective end-to-end AMS campaigns (including but
not limited to digital marketing, paid, and owned media, email, and
direct mail programs, webinars, events, account-based marketing,
etc.) aligned to the buyers' journey and optimized to meet regional
needs and pipeline targets
- Work with marketing operations to ensure all tracking
requirements are in place for necessary performance reporting.
Manage a cadence of reporting, analytics, lead flow and monitor
program performance with a focus on optimization and driving
quality pipeline
- Responsible for setting up and maintaining all operational
elements of marketing programs to support the business,
troubleshooting as necessary with respective vendors
- Submit purchase requisitions and reconcile invoices using our
spend management dashboard
- Work cross functionally to adhere to work-back schedules for
promotions and communications specific to events and webinars
- Manage the creation of supporting deliverables for new assets
(advertising, website, email, sales templates, and 3rd party use),
update central asset repository, and track asset delivery status
with the content team & product marketing
- Drive asset go lives with our publishing team to post assets to
our website
- Update and maintain creative asset tracker for digital
programs, including detailed copy and creative QA of asset kits and
3rd party previews
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- 5+ years' experience in B2B demand generation, event management
and/or campaign program management
- Self-starter with high energy, "can do" personality and desire
to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment
- Exceptional team player with strong communication and
interpersonal skills
- Time-management skills to drive multiple project schedules and
tasks/deliverables simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Word, Excel,
and PowerPoint
- Must have strong initiative, adaptability, and focused
attention to detail
- Strong collaborator but also works well independently
- Analytical mindset with ability to identify and suggest areas
for campaign performance improvements/optimization
- Familiarity using reporting/dashboard tools, preferably
Tableau
- Experience working with global teams
- Experience with Marketing automation and CRM systems
