These services are provided to the System Engineering community to help influence and accelerate technical pre-sales engagements.The ideal candidate will have an eye for details, can connect the dots, and will recognize areas of improvement within the current services operating model. This individual must demonstrate the ability to continually adjust to the ever-changing needs of the Business as the Systems Engineering organization and product portfolio continue to scale.QualificationsYour Impact

• Lead a growing team of Proof of Concept and Demo service engineers and managers
• Drive a results-oriented culture with a strong focus on execution, quality, and speed
• Conduct cross-functional discussions with Business stakeholders to measure service success, refine operational engagement models, and improve opportunity growth
• Implement global process standardization across geographically dispersed teams
• Collaborating with different stakeholders across System Engineering, Technical Infrastructure, and Product teams to assess business requests and convert to new service requirements
• Develop Center of Excellence specializations across the teams to promote technical leadership for all areas of the Palo Alto Networks product portfolio
• Evangelize the vision internally and externally. Be able to represent the services, and team at all levels
• Recognize process and product gaps early and able to drive changes to achieve better outcomes
• Be a strong mentor and empower your teams to confidently make decisionsYour Experience
  • 10+ years experience in in a pre-sales role (primarily POC or demonstration engineering, but also post-sales implementation and customer success roles)
  • Deep understanding of Systems Engineering technical sales processes and needs for supporting technical services
  • Great team player - Strong drive - Willing to take the lead in driving initiatives, working across organizations, and structuring approaches to new service opportunities
  • Proven experience in driving results through a highly matrixed, global team
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills at both technical and leadership levels
  • Experience using reporting and analytics applications; Salesforce preferred
