We are looking for an experienced development leader with strong technical problem-solving skills as well as business acumen to understand our business and prioritize the team's work accordingly. You will provide leadership and vision to the team and work closely with the Global Customer Success at Scale team to deliver all aspects of their digital marketing technology needs.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities:**+ Lead and manage a team of developers, and drive the execution of complex front-end projects and backend integrations+ Manage website infrastructure to ensure widespread adoption across local, regional teams+ Deploy innovative responsive web applications for your key stakeholders, review current status of system applications and prepare recommendations for systems improvements+ Utilize new web development technologies to find creative solutions for web, social, and mobile medium+ Use your knowledge of server-side technology to architect applications and partner with our internal content teams to produce a good quality user experience+ Prepare system development cost estimates, budgets, and schedules+ Identify and develop processes to enable business stakeholders to take advantage of the Marketing Technology stack+ Oversee and manage ServiceNow's relationships with key technology vendors (as needed)+ Forecast and report on performance and identify gaps and opportunities for growth**To be successful in this role you have:**+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science or quantitative field.+ A minimum of 10 years of Marketing/Analytics experience, with hands on leadership experience leading a team of high performing marketing professionals+ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, able to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently.+ A deep interest in the latest developments, industry trends, and best practices for digital marketing, analytics and Marketing technology tools.+ Excellent communication skills - ability to make complex technology concepts understandable to broader teams+ Ability to work well with both c-suite executives as well as day-to-day users, evangelizing the utilization of technology to drive marketing and business goals+ Extensive knowledge of the Adobe platform (including but not limited to) AEM, Ad Cloud, Audience Manager, Analytics and Target.ServiceNow is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
