About RoleRole: Regional Vice President- Business Development- WestLocation: Seattle, WA/ Silicon Valley, CAEmployment type: FulltimeThis role in the Western region is meant to nurture and expand the regional presence for Trianz. The individual must bring a deep understanding of industries in the Western region of interest to Trianz managing multiple clients (preferably with a team of goaled professionals); The individual will be responsible for collaborating directly and through her/his team with each Practice leader to develop US West go-to-market plans, client development plans, work with partners and drive revenue growth.Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Needs to build and manage a team of CPs and New business professionals. Work with Marketing & Tech Partners to generate and follow through on new client pipeline that comes from Partners. Work with Marketing to partner on qualified digital opportunities and convert into wins. Build a team of new business development specialists.
  • Existing Client Relationship Management: Build, foster and manage client relationships at the Executive level (Sr Dir, VP, and CXO). Ability to lead teams and to promote Trianz as a premium consulting/tech services partner focused on digital transformations. Show strength as a solutions-oriented leader that focuses on solving problems that turn business impact into growth opportunities. Map digital transformation demand and interact with procurement to ensure that contracts, invoices and payments are handled in a timely fashion. Work closely with other Trianz practice leaders and the executive team to expand into new areas and drive growth opportunities. Build/scale and lead the Trianz account teams by setting clear objectives and actively engage in their career growth and development.Experience & Skill Requirements:
    • 15+ years of business development experience in Sales & business development function.
    • Should have demonstrated ability to manage $100 M+ businesses in the past.
    • Understanding of Digital services (Cloud, Analytics, Digital Services, Infrastructure, Security, Customer Experience and Product Engineering).
    • Great collaboration skills and ability to work cross functionally with other leaders at Trianz.
