As part of our Worldwide Sales Excellence group, you and your team will be responsible for implementing strategies, tools and processes that enable the business to drive sales, improve customer experience or increase efficiency in the execution of our B2B sales strategy. These solutions are either delivered through new technical capabilities, or the transformation of existing business processes to support a continuously evolving sales organization.Key QualificationsExpert, applied experience in Salesforce Enterprise Territory Management and Territory Planning capabilities is required to apply for and be successful in this role. Salesforce Admin certification is a plus.Tenured (5+ years) experience working with and supporting sales operations teams to evaluate, plan and implement sales territory coverage is required.B2B Sales operations experience working with solutions also including Partner Relationship Management (PRM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to support field sales and sales operations.Solid understanding of operational processes such as account planning, forecasting, deal registration, pipeline management, partner incentives, and sales compensation.Deep understanding of enterprise data management (MDM, Data Quality, Data Governance).Experience in consumer/channel/retail industry is a requirement.Prior experience in driving process improvement projects, including management and prioritization of change & enhancement requests.Strong communication and presentation skills, flexible, open working style and an ability to establish trust and credibility quickly.Self-motivated individual who thrives working in a global, matrixed, fast-paced environment.Experience working on projects with teams based outside the US including international engagements.DescriptionWe work closely with the business teams to become functional leaders in key sales processes and related solutions needs. We establish credibility as trusted advisors by listening, understanding their business and quickly providing options for consideration. Optimally leading discussions with various partners and thoughtfully asking the questions that get to the real business needs (asking "why" and not just taking requirements at face value) will be crucial to success in this role. You will drive activation of a business-led practitioner community around your domain, working with peer groups in other functions around the world to drive the evolution of capabilities for which you are accountable. Your focus is driving user adoption of the sales platform and enhancing capabilities that help users do their best work.Understand the strategy and the changing needs of the business via business workshop facilitation and roadmap development. This will involve working with global management teams and regional colleagues across time zones and geographies. We focus on recommending process innovation and efficiencies through process analysis. Use experience, observations, industry trends, standard methodologies and process improvement ideas to challenge the status quo and deliver extraordinary customer-focused solutions. You are an encouraging leader in developing solutions as well as overseeing the project execution. It is meaningful that you can think strategically, connecting the dots in the bigger picture, as well as being comfortable in the details of the deliverables. We propose solutions that can scale. You will work with various teams to identify the process improvements and systems required to enable this scalability and operational efficiency across our operations. We partner with leadership teams to craft cases and budget for changes/projects, negotiating with cross-functional teams and business partners to remove barriers and get results without compromising the overall quality of the end deliverable. Engage with leadership, business partners, and engineering teams to develop a project timeline, clearly identify key objectives, and maintain a communication plan.Education & ExperienceBS or equivalent degree in Business management, Computer Science, Engineering or related subject area required. MBA degree preferred.
