The Senior Sales Enablement and Analytics Manager is responsible for providing support to the North America Sales team at Cepheid. This position reports to the Director, DBSL / Commercial Growth & Enablement, and focuses on providing sales analytics as it relates to sales revenue and volume sales commitments. This position is part of the Sales Enablement Team and will be a remote position. At Cepheid, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Responsible for the development, monitoring, and improvement of technology and tools that will identify and track key KPIs and reporting packages that will help drive sales efficiency. - Design dashboards and develops KPIs and set long-term strategic and tactical department goals.
  • Effectively communicate and provide analytical support to Sales Leaders, Senior Executives, Distribution Channels, and internal departments.
  • Possess the ability to prepare, manipulate and analyze reports, including complex spreadsheets from SAP, SFDC database, and Power BI reports. Builds ad-hoc reports as needed by senior management.
  • Exercise outstanding knowledge and judgment of data analytics and is able to analyze data, understand trends, and draw conclusions to support business decisions and strategies.
  • Works within the Commercial Enablement team to provide efficient and timely data/analysis to sales and sr. leadership with the end goal of enabling efficient and standardized ways to view current and future business. - The essential requirements of the job include:
    • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related work experience OR Master's degree with 6+ years of related work experience OR Doctorate degree with 3+ years of related work experience.
    • Experience with CRM (SFDC), Power BI, SAP, CPQ and ERP.
    • Advanced proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups), Access, SQL and/or VBA. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
      • Prior experience working with a Commercial organization is preferred. The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is 120,000 - 140,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
